Cupcakes

Sweetcakes cupcakes are baked in small batches and are hand-crafted from beginning to end. We bake daily and individually scoop each and every cupcake. All of our baked goods are hand frosted and decorated.

Design

The price of each size cupcake includes a simple decoration. The cost of decorations depend of the size and intricacy of the design.
Level 1 includes one to two colors and a 1 dimensional design
Level 2 includes one to two colors and additional element       $.25
Level 3 includes one to three colors and additional elements including some 3 
dimensional elements  $.50
Custom designs and 3D designs require a consultation with a cake designer

• Duval Street – vanilla bean cake filled with fresh key lime pie filling covered with a cream cheese confectioner’s cream, sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.
  

• Boston Cream Cupcake- vanilla bean or dutch chocolate cake filled with fresh pastry cream and dipped in a dark chocolate ganache
  

• My Father’s Flan Cupcake – vanilla bean cake filled with caramel flan covered with a caramel buttercream.
  

• That’s Amore – Our take on the tiramisu dessert, vanilla bean or dutch chocolate cake, soaked in Amaretto cream, filled with coffee infused mascarpone cheese and covered in a mascarpone buttercream.
  

• The Spinner – vanilla bean or dutch chocolate cake soaked in espresso cream, filled with a cappuccino cream, and topped with espresso buttercream.
  

• Bananas in Pajamas – spiced banana cake covered in your choice or vanilla buttercream or chocolate ganache.
  

• Black Forest Cupcake – dark chocolate cake with cherry chucks soaked with a cherry liquor topped with dutch chocolate buttercream.
  

• The Kitchen Sink - Chocolate cake baked with chunks of heath toffee, chunks of rolo’s, chocolate and peanut butter chips topped with a dutch chocolate buttercream sprinkled with crushed candy.   This cupcake is only available in Large to accommodate the all the deliciousness.
  

• The Forever Rocher – vanilla bean or dutch chocolate cake with a Ferrer Rocher baked into the center, topped with chocolate buttercream sprinked with toasted hazelnuts.

• Raspberry Chai – spiced cake filled with raspberry filling and topped with chai frosting

Build your own Cupcakes

Combine cake and frosting flavors to create your own custom flavor. Custom flavor cupcakes must be ordered 72 hours in advance and have a minimum of 12 per flavor.  Some custom and filled flavors have an additional charge. Please call ahead to place your order.
